How It Works
Your U.S. Supplier Applies
Your U.S. supplier must be pre-qualified and approved to participate in the program annually before promotional activities take place.
Plan Your Marketing
Work with your U.S. supplier to develop a marketing plan outlining activities and target countries.
Execute Activities
Conduct your marketing activities ensuring all materials include a USA origin statement to qualify for reimbursement.
Get Reimbursed
Submit documentation within 60 days. Food Export reviews and reimburses your U.S. supplier, who then reimburses you for 50% of eligible expenses.

Who Qualifies
- Products must have at least 50% U.S. agricultural content
- U.S. supplier must meet program size guidelines (generally fewer than 500 employees)
- U.S. supplier must be approved annually before activities begin
- U.S. supplier must be a registered business entity in the U.S.
